I’m an Online Learning Consultant officially, but that’s a catch all term really for what I do. I work for a Financial Services company and I’m the Online Learning “expert” – which makes sense really because most of my expertise comes from being online.
I’m interested in helping people to work smarter, become more independent and confident about learning what they need when they need.
But like many of us my biggest role is in convincing them that they need to change.
